There are three different types of reports that can be ordered for a commercial appraisal:
  • Self-Contained Report
  • Summary Report
  • Restricted Report

Self-Contained Report
The self-contained report offers the most comprehensive level of detailed information.

Summary Report
A summary report is mid-range, including pertinent information in order to provide a minimal presentation of the information.

Restricted Report
A restricted report is the least detailed report; however, it still provides a minimal presentation of the pertinent information.
